If we are unable to issue your API key within 24 hours of a successful payment, we refund the full amount automatically to the original payment method.
If you decide the API does not fit your needs within the first 7 days of key issuance and have made fewer than 100 API calls, email support@daanyam.in for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
After 7 days or 100+ API calls, founder slot payments are non-refundable.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Prorated refunds are available within 14 days of a billing cycle if your quota usage is below 5% for that cycle. Above 5%, no refund is issued for that cycle.

Practitioner agreements include custom refund terms negotiated per contract. Contact your account manager or email hello@daanyam.in.
The free Developer tier has no charges and therefore no refund applies.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) within 5–7 business days after approval. We send a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.
